I painted these bluebells while waiting for our flight home from Porto. No matter how lovely the holiday destination I get homesick for the Chiltern countryside. It’s wonderfully relaxing and beautiful in Spring when I’m walking through the woods and discover a wild blue carpet haze of bluebells.
